My mom's cousin Cissie (Joyce) and her husband Bill came and visited us last Sunday. Cissie's mom Betty and my mom's dad Walter Hertz were brother and sister. Bill and Cissie are currently driving through the country (see trailer in background) and made a detour to come and meet us in Utah on their way to Yosemite. They live in Florida. Cissie was full of stories, pictures, and genealogy. We had a great time poring over records and I especially loved hearing stories of my mom and uncles, who Cissie would often babysit. We also had a BBQ dinner, played with the boys, and enjoyed the mountain scenery from our backyard. Come visit again Cissie and Bill!
