Day 3 - The Reception

The bride and groom visited each table.

Tom's Uncle Joey and Aunt Irene.

Gettin Jiggy With It. We danced until midnight.

Richard was the life of the party at my wedding and he didn't disappoint at Tom's wedding! What a dancer!

Mom and Dad.

Madelaine and Ron Calise.  They took me skiing in Vermont with their daughter Kate almost every Christmas.  It was very special for me to see them.  Love the white tux.

Dino and Linda Biordi (aka my hairdresser).  Linda has a burn on her thumb the size of a nickel thanks to my curling iron.

What a cute coordinating family.  J.P. was worried the red bowtie was chanelling Pee Wee Hermann, but he's able to pull-off pretty much anything and this was no exception.  J.P. looked sharp and Gina's dress fit like a glove.

Mama Gina and Baby Kaya.

The dancefloor.

Dad dancing with Aunt Darcy

Still know how to party....

J.P. has moves!  Put on a little Michael Jackson and prepare to be entertained.  Mom couldn't stop laughing.

Joey and Irene Gazza.

Me with the bride and groom.
After the ceremony we enjoyed hors'duerves in the foyer while the bride and groom took pictures.  As we sat at our tables, we watched the bride and groom dance.  Then Aunt Darcy and Tom danced to "You Lift Me Up" by Josh Groban.  Quite a few of us got emotional. J.P. danced with Kaya and Gina was very touched.  It was sweet.

Dinner was delicious of course.  There were a couple of toasts followed by a dessert buffet and NITRO bar.  Then we danced the night away.  It's been a long time since I've danced for so long (my wedding?) and we sure had fun.

Everyone looked so chic (nobody would have ever guessed your thrifty-ness by the looks of that stunning dress btw). The bride of course looked A-mazing, very sophisticated.
